I am Alba Gómez, trainer, consultant and team facilitator, specialist in Human Resources and Emotional Ecology.
With more than 12 years of experience in the human resources sector, labor consulting and vocational guidance, working both in the private company and in the Public Administration.
I am passionate about accompanying people and teams to recognize their talents and strengths, as well as helping to develop their potential to create a life with purpose and meaning.
What moves me is connecting people and companies to generate valuable collaborations. I am inspired to be an active part of the paradigm shift, where work is experienced through development, enjoyment and fun, while humanizing workplaces.
